These sessions are based in Sexological Bodywork methodologies, and appropriate codes of conduct are adopted to maintain professionalism; these can be viewed here.
Each session works from where you are at, in that moment. They always involve establishing clear learning intentions that are explored using body awareness practices, touch (only once trust has been established), breath, sound and movement. Communication is vital – as is ongoing practice at home (“homeplay”) to embed life-long benefits. Multiple sessions are recommended for more fully integrated development.
